Food Sensitivity testing

Sometimes it is obvious that we have a food intolerance, we experience bloating, for example, IBS or skin reactions. At other times, we may feel tired or out of sorts, without really knowing why.  Some of my clients include people experiencing these issues and they find the nature of this therapy enhances their physical and emotional wellbeing.  When they adapt their diet and take supplements, their conditions may improve.

Vitamin and mineral deficiencies

Finding the right supplements for you is so important.  It can save you wasting money on buying ones that are not suitable for you. Different vitamin C supplements for instance will not all have the same effect on the body, some may be more beneficial than others.

Hydration and protein levels

Often, a lack of energy may be linked to low protein levels, not eating right for your body type or simply a lack of water.

Relaxation and Mood

Many people have found kinesiology excellent for aiding restful sleep, increasing relaxation and improving mood.

Electromagnetic stress

My own son was shown to have problems with Electro-magnetic energy from the cordless phones at home. Another child living close to a mobile phone mast started experiencing epileptic fits. Just knowing this can bring great relief to clients.
