Some of the issues people seek help with:
Food Sensitivity testing
Sometimes it is obvious that we have a food intolerance, we experience bloating, for example, or skin reactions. At other times, we may feel tired or out of sorts, without really knowing why. Kinesiology can test for food sensitivities and may suggest digestive supplements to help tolerate the food, or recommend which foods to avoid, at least for a period of time. Wheat and dairy are the common culprits but less usual suspects can quickly and easily be discovered.
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies
Kinesiology can identify which supplements are right for you. It can save you wasting money on buying ones that are not suitable for you. Different vitamin C supplements for instance will not all have the same effect on the body, some may be more beneficial than others.
Hydration and protein levels
Often, lack of energy may be linked to low protein levels, not eating right for your body type or simply a lack of water. Again this can easily be found using muscle testing.
My own son was shown to have problems with Electro-magnetic energy from the cordless phones at home. Another child living close to a mobile phone mast started experiencing epileptic fits. Just knowing this can bring great relief to clients.
Kinesiology can be performed either directly on the child or through a surrogate if the child is very young. Some issues that children bring to kinesiology include behavioural issues, eczema, asthma, learning-related issues such as dyspraxia and dyslexia, also, bed-wetting, attention deficit disorder and sleep problems.
Children may, in addition, be helped through techniques to relieve emotional stress and anxiety.
